Cooperatives not only provide economic benefits but also foster a sense of community and collective responsibility. According to ILO (2013), youth-led cooperatives contribute to the enhancement of social capital, helping young people build networks and engage in meaningful community development. By offering a platform for cooperative action, these organizations empower youth to take control of their futures, improve their economic security, and strengthen their leadership skills.

One of the primary advantages of cooperatives in empowering youth is their ability to promote self-reliance and economic independence. In many communities, young people face significant barriers to accessing employment, including a lack of skills, experience, and resources. 1.2. Statement of the Problem
