The study examines effect of fuel crisis in Nigeria. The study is limited to the Lagos State resident in Ikorodu, Lagos.

Fuel Crisis: Fuel Crisis denotes a situation marked by significant shortages, high prices, or disruptions in the supply of fuel. This can result from various factors, including geopolitical issues, economic mismanagement, or natural disasters, leading to challenges in transportation, energy production, and overall economic stability.

Fuel: Fuel is any substance that can be burned or consumed to produce energy, particularly in the form of heat or power. Common types of fuel include gasoline, diesel, natural gas, coal, and renewable sources like biofuels. Fuel is vital for various applications, such as transportation, electricity generation, and industrial processes.

Crisis: Crisis refers to a critical situation characterized by a high degree of difficulty, danger, or instability that requires immediate intervention. Crises can occur in numerous contexts, including economic, political, social, or environmental domains, and they often have significant short- and long-term impacts on individuals and communities.

PMS (Premium Motor Spirit): PMS stands for Premium Motor Spirit, commonly known as gasoline or petrol. It is a refined petroleum product used primarily as fuel for internal combustion engines in vehicles. PMS is a significant component of the fuel supply in many countries and is often subject to price fluctuations and supply issues, especially in the context of a fuel crisis.
