This form of leadership emphasizes humility, empathy, and the prioritization of the needs of others over self-interests. The implications of this training on Church growth are profound, as it fosters a culture of service, unity, and mutual respect among Church members, thereby enhancing their commitment and participation in Church activities (Northouse, 2018).

The effectiveness of Christian leadership training in promoting Church growth is also evident in the development of leaders who are spiritually mature and capable of guiding others in their spiritual journey. These leaders are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to provide spiritual guidance, mentorship, and counseling to Church members, thereby fostering their spiritual growth and commitment to the Church (Barna & Stanley, 2017).

These challenges necessitate the need for continuous evaluation and improvement of the training programs to ensure their effectiveness and relevance (Maxwell, 2007).
