The study examines the impact of Christian Counselling on Transgenerational Leadership Development. The study is limited to selected Churches in Surulere, Lagos.

Impact: Impact refers to the significant effect or influence that one factor, event, or practice has on another. In the context of leadership and counseling, the term “impact” refers to the outcomes or changes that Christian counseling has on leadership development, specifically how it shapes the effectiveness, resilience, and ethical grounding of leaders across generations.

Christian Counseling: Christian counseling is a form of counseling that integrates psychological principles with biblical teachings, providing guidance that aligns with Christian faith and values. It focuses on the spiritual, emotional, and psychological well-being of individuals by drawing upon scripture, prayer, and Christian ethical standards. Christian counselors work with individuals to address personal struggles, mental health issues, relational challenges, and spiritual concerns in a faith-centered context, aiming to restore balance and guide individuals toward emotional healing and growth.
