1.3   Aim and Objectives of the Study

The aim of the study is to examine the Role of Sunday Schools in Church Growth. The specific objectives are:

2. To investigate the impact of Sunday school teachings on the spiritual growth of church members.
3. To assess the effectiveness of Sunday school as a tool for evangelism and outreach.

Sunday School: Sunday school is a religious education program that is typically offered by Christian churches to children and adults. It usually takes place on Sundays and involves the study of the Bible, Christian principles, and doctrines.

Church Growth: Church growth refers to the increase in the number of church members or attendees. This can be measured in various ways, such as the number of new members, the number of baptisms, or the overall attendance at church services and activities. Church growth is often seen as a sign of a church’s health and vitality.

Church Development: Church development, on the other hand, refers to the process of improving and expanding the church’s infrastructure, programs, and services.
